How do I release my spare tire from the bottom of my truck?

I checked the door panel sticker, but for the life of me, can’t figure out what the numbers mean. Can’t they just post something like PSI = (then a simple number?) Why in the world do they have to make it so complicated?

How to fix tire pressure monitoring system after you get aftermarket rims?
