How do I figure out what size tires to buy?

My current tires say A78-13, but all of the tire websites either ask for my car make and model (boat trailer isn’t an option), or they ask for the tire width, ratio, and diameter. I’m not sure if that is the 78 and the 13.
Any help is appreciated!

How much would it cost to ship a 20ft container packed with wheels and tires from California to Melbourne AUS?
